Problem mapping a drive

We have many customers that will assist with mapping their
drives, but we have encountered one customer that we cannot
get a drive mapped on their system 

 

They are running Windows XP OS400 V5R2

 

When mapping a drive to a directory in the IFS the users
enter their iSeries User Id and Password

The screen re-appears and prompts for User Name and
password.

 

We have done a CHGUSRPRF to make sure the User profile is
not disabled

We have tried several different User profiles including
QSECOFR

We have checked the authorities on the IFS root (temporarily
set *PUBLIC Data Authority = *RWX Object Authority= *ALL)
not other Users

We have checked the authorities on the directory in the IFS
root (temporarily set *PUBLIC Data Authority = *RWX Object
Authority= *ALL) not other Users

 

We have stopped NetServer and restarted NetServer then check
messages in QSYSOPR to verify the NetServer Name was correct

We have attempted to map using the iSeries IP Address,
System Name (with and without leading Q), NetServer Name 

 

Am I missing something, ANY suggestions would be greatly
appreciated
