That's the key center. I think the entitlement schmoes sit in Atlanta, but
be aware that there are some heavy accents (not Southern, but foreign)
there.

Several years ago I had to get my IBM rep to get involved in a conference
call when I couldn't understand what the people in Atlanta were saying.
After he listened in silence for a while, he interrupted the entitlement
person, identified himself, and asked to speak with a duty manager. After
reading that guy the riot act, he told the guy that he personally had one
hour to fix the problem, or he would make a call directly to Buell Duncan.
After a long pause, the guy said that he'd take care of the problem.
Fifteen minutes later, he called me back and gave me the information I'd
need to call the key center in Boulder.

I've discovered recently that BP's even have a great deal of trouble
getting keys for a customer, if they can get them at all.

Actually I think it's Copenhagen in Denmark. (Had to say "in Denmark" for
