We all know how good IBM's records are..... :-))

You should be able to contact IBM, and with your customer number(s), track
down your official IBM rep. This person likely sits in Dallas, but they
should be able to get you past the folks I endearingly refer to as "the
entitlement schmoes".

Thanks, Justin. That's what I thought, too. I don't have a BP, but I
know I've been paying $550 a quarter for software maintenance, so I
better darn well not have expired software.
