Sanjivji, I have referred my customers to the "V5R3 i5/OS TM Console 
Positioning Paper" which may be found at:

As Rob said, you will need an HMC for your LPARed i5 Model 570 systems. 
This is a Linux-based PC that must be local to the i5.  However the WebSM 
Remote Client software shipped with the HMC enables you to access most HMC 
functions remotely.  I've used WebSM to reboot i5 systems 3,000 miles 
away.
