Sorry for not being more clear on this Mark! We are not upgrading the existing H/W, but getting new systems and scrapping existing H/W altogether. So far we are planning on backing up all the data, programs, etc from existing system and restoring it to the new system. One of the main concerns we had in doing that was regd Office Vision. Is it possible ot just take a backup of QOFC library and restore it on the new boxes. Would OV continue working this way? Regds Sarvapriya Mark D. Walter said . . . I don't think you can go from V4R1 to V5R3. You may have to go to V5R1 first. Actually, I'm not sure if there is an upgrade path from V4R1 to V5R1. You could do a scratch install of V5R2.
