We just did this exact thing going from v4r5 to v5r3 using the 
instructions in chapter 14 of the Backup and Recovery Guide
(SC14-5304-07) Previous Release to Current Release Support.

It worked just fine, but had one quirk.  We had to remove the 
WDS products that came over in the restore before we could
install the new ones.

Of course, no OfficeVision.
