Al, I would add a restore of the following objects from QUSRSYS

*JOBSCD
*MSGQ
*OUTQ

As for the  System values, network attributes, edit descriptions, service
providers

Didn't the RTVSYSINF command exist in V4R1???  If so using UPDSYSINF would
help the data entry with the above...

Watch your TCP/IP config and Directory entries.  they "live" in QUSRSYS.

Since you are restoring *ALLUSR make sure you did not name any of your own
libraries Q-something,  If so they are treated as system libraries and not
restored with *ALLUSR.
