FTP File Size

Paul, Bryan, Jim, and Carl;

I just tried to FTP it myself, providing the Customer user profile and
password. It displayed an error 426 about the Data being truncated. 

Then it said 139488 bytes sent in .25 seconds. The data was not actually
truncated. The file showed up fine. Asking the client to make any sort
of change is huge. 

Their programmers are in Taipei. Jim, how would I find this log file?
