Neil,

 You are exactly correct and I can't come up with 63 seconds either. 
Somewhere in my mind I'm remembering a problem like this...   A PTF 
maybe? Change the search priority to *REMOTE and the back to *LOCAL.?  
I'm assuming you're current on PTFs - because you're Neil.
