Isn't i5 the OS and iSeries the machine?  
Can you buy i5 and run it on some other machine?
Don't you buy <char>Series machines?
  buy an i5 at a deeply discounted price providing that you sign the "This 
  machine is for DR purposes only" form.  Talk to your software vendors.
