Hi Ganesh

You can do this using the MSGID keyword in the QDSIGNON DDS. If you go
to the download section on my site, www.astradyne-uk.com/download.htm,
there are a couple of free downloads and articles dealing with modifying
the QDSIGNON display and maintaining variable message text on the signon
display.

All the best

Jonathan

Subject: Dynamically change the output text on Sign-on screen

I need to display the text "Application Ver1.0" on initial sign-on
screen. I changed the QDSIGNON screen and compiled it. Then I had to end
the subsystem and start it again for the change to take place. From now
on I should be able to change the text dynamically (based on some
condition) without the need to restart the subsystem. Any idea/help will
be useful.

Thanks in Advance,
Ganesh
