Small customers still keeping paper files - they think you are trying to
offload the cost of printing to them & they resent it.
This customer services the construction industry and some here are
barely into the internet age.
Just because it saves you money & time doesn't mean it's not an imposition
on your
customer... and in a competetive market, customer service can make the
difference.
