I also tend to agree that IF the journals and receivers are in the same 
library as the files, when you save/restore the data then the journals and 
receivers should tag along also.  Now, IF, the journals and receivers were 
in different libraries (which used to be, and might still be, the 
recommendation) then what should happen?  What happens now - like, point 
back to the original set of journals and receivers?

The recommendation for the separate library is the belief that if your 
Table gets clobbered because of a disk failure, and you kept your 
receivers in a different library in a different ASP then you could fix the 
disk, restore the data and APYJRNCHG from the receivers to get right back 
to where you where at the time of the disk failure.

Be nice for IBM to add the capability for journals and receivers that they 
have for logical files.
