If you're able to run the DSPJOB OPTION(*STSA) command when the error
occurs, you can verify what the job's current user profile is at that time:

Job:   QPADEV0007       User:   CARSTEN          Number:   289057

Status of job . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   ACTIVE
Current user profile  . . . . . . . . . . . :   QSECOFR <--- currently
active user profile
