RE: v5r3 problem

Make sure all fields are in the incoming file are present.
If your output file from cpyfrmimpf has 10 fields, your input file is
now (v5r3) required to have 10 fields. prior to v5r3 the
RPLNULLVAL(*FLDDFT) value would plug the missing fields.
