Port number of OS/400 FTP server -- MIDRANGE-L

Is it possible to control the TCP/IP port on which the OS/400 (any VRM) FTP 
server listens for connections?

I did not see a way using iSeries Navigator or CHGFTPA.

If one were to modify the ftp(s)-control entry in the TCP/IP service table, 
would the FTP server use that value next time it starts?
