Hmmm. It IS likely to connect yes, however if any issues arise you will be advised to 'upgrade and call us back'. The supported releases for i5/OS V5R3 are iSeries Access V5R1 through V5R3. If all the client is doing is 5250 emulation then life will likely be OK. If they are using lots of iSeries Access then they will BEG for an upgrade when they realize all the function they are missing out on :-)
