It is my understanding that the CASE parameter on the PARM statement is 
correct as well.
Keep in mind the following rules as stated in the IBM information center 
for the CASE parameter:

Case (CASE)
Specifies whether the value that is passed to the CPP is changed from 
lowercase to uppercase, or is preserved in the case specified on for the 
command parameter. 
*MONO 
The parameter value is changed from lowercase to uppercase. Parameters 
enclosed with apostrophes preserve the case whether or not this value is 
specified. 
*MIXED 
The parameter value is preserved in the case specified on the command 
parameter. This value can be specified only on *CHAR and *PNAME parameter 
types.
