RE: FORCE Uppercase parameters in a command

I just did another test but now like this:

Task ID or *ALL  . . . . . . . .   vnd           Task Id, *ALL 
SubTask ID or *ALL . . . . . . .   07            SubTask Id, *ALL 

... and IT WORKED!

I did another test like:

Task ID or *ALL  . . . . . . . .   vnd sec       Task Id, *ALL 
SubTask ID or *ALL . . . . . . .   07            SubTask Id, *ALL 

... and again it did not change it to uppercase. 

Apparently this blank is the cause of the problem???
