You should probably take a look at Workstation Custimizing Objects.  You
can retrieve the source for the type of printer that you are working with,
change the object as needed, and then specify it on the remote OUTQ.  It's
been awhile since I've worked with then but this link should get you
started:

We are trying to figure out how to configure remote out queues on the
iSeries to print to multiple drawers. Any help would be appreciated.
