Several of the keys for one install were correct, 2 of them had s/n
10-55555 entered for hardware s/n so were no good.

First install the Software License Key sheet said keys weren't available,
so the form said you could get them from:

1) Web site (that wouldn't work)

2) They listed an 800 # for the IBM Key Centre (the phone # was "not
available from your calling area")

3) by email - the sheet listed an invalid email address format -
CAKEYS0DK.IBM.COM
I guessed that the "0" should have been a "@". ALMOST right, as
the first two letters are country code, so the form, on a system shipped
to Indianapolis, SHOULD have said the email address was USKEYS@xxxxxxxxxx

DK because, yes, the ONLY one of the three key centers to survive is in
Denmark. Boulder and Toronto are no more. Still, when I finally got the
right phone # (by the way, it's 800-446-8989) they are staffed 24 hours.
Yet the first time they couldn't help because one of their systems was
down, the next time they had to escalate the problem to next level. I
finally got an email reply, this is it in it's entirety:

Information about Recipient :
PROFS :
FAX Area Code :
FAX No. : .
InterNet : neilp@xxxxxxxxxxx
Country no. : 892
Customer no. :
License system : AS/400

Subject: Keys for customer

-------------------------------------------------------------

Someone in our head office finally got the two incorrect keys sorted out.
