The 666 mark

The precise 666 reference is in Revelation 13:18 which reads:

    "This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate
     the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666."

The significance of the number 6 can be derived from the significance
of the number 7. Biblical scholars view the number 7 as the number
of "perfection" based on its usage in a variety of different contexts.
Well known examples include the end of the creation account in
Genesis 2:2-3 where God "blessed the seventh day and made it holy"
and the Genesis 7:2-4 account of Noah which uses the number 7
in positive ways. There are other good examples.

So, 666 is viewed by some as representing the
 "Trinity of Imperfection" and is comprised by the
following three evil entities:

    a)  Satan/the ancient serpent: the devil of Revelation 12:9
    b)  the anti-Christ of Revelation 6:2,
    c)  the Beast out of the Earth of Revelation 13:11
         who is marked 666 and who inspires people to worship
         the anti-Christ

It's not used in scripture, but one could make a case that "777" could
be a "numerical" representation of the Holy Trinity; three "7's":

   a)  God the Father Almighty, Jehovah
   b)  Jesus Christ, the only Son of the Father, and ...
   c)  the Holy Spirit who inspires worship of Jesus and his Father

A subtle point: the Holy Bible was written in Hebrew & Greek and those
languages use letters to represent numbers. Sort of like A = 1, B = 2,
C = 3, D = 4, E = 5, and F = 6 (using the English alphabet as just an
illustration). So, the mark to look for isn't really "666" rather, it's
three
letters: like maybe "FFF" or it's equivalent in Hebrew or Greek.

All this makes 0's and 1's seem simpler in some ways.
