I have a RPG program that passes 2 parms to a CL.  The first Parm is 60
chars and the second is 10 characters.  Just to clarify,  Not Numeric.
 
The Cl program submits another CL program, that calls a report program.
My problem is that when the parms are passed from the first CL to the
second CL, that first parm contains invalid data.  However, if i call
the second CL instead of submitting, it works fine.   For instance  my
parms should look something like this
