The first Parm is 60 chars and the second is 10 characters. Just to clarify, Not Numeric. The Cl program submits another CL program, that calls a report program. My problem is that when the parms are passed from the first CL to the second CL, that first parm contains invalid data. However, if i call the second CL instead of submitting, it works fine. For instance my parms should look something like this 1st ' ' Didn't want to count out sixty spaces. 2nd ' GO MENUA' But what i end up with is 1st ' GO MENUA ' 2nd 'GO MENUA' i'm sure this is something obvious, and i've just been working on it too much, but does any one have an idea what might be causing this?
