My DSL connections using CA drop all the time.  Don't know if your problem
is the same, but mine seems to be caused by the fact that I'm using a
firewall/router on the DSL connection.  With Mocha my connections work fine
because I can tell the Mocha emulator to send "keep-alive" signals every so
often.  My understanding of CA though is that the keep alive is initiated
from the 400 end.  Of course these are unsolicited messages and the firewall
rejects them ... and the connection drops.

Since she is using Mocha you might want to have her check her keep-alive
setting.  It is under the Advanced button on the connection dialog I think.
