Reeve, I've seen this numerous times on our own DSL service. Because our's is a managed service, I'm able to get the Telecom's network people to hunt down the problem for me. So far, it's always been an overworked router. The AS/400 periodically attempts to validate a given connection. If it doesn't get a response back during this validation, it drops the connection.
