Try Google for UIM MENU AS400 or variations of that....  UIM is what IBM
uses for most of the menus that they supply.  A quick look found sample
source on a users website:

Since we are (sort of) on the topic of menus, I have a question. How would I
create a menu that has more menu options than is room for on the screen. I
see many IBM menus with the ability to "page down" on them. How do I do that
