format 'prn' to ACCESS -- MIDRANGE-L

Dear all,

Iam sending a file to downstreams by FTP with
following cmd.
PUT qs36f/ysmam001.ysmam001 am001.$DATE$.prn 
(as per earlier request by Downstreams 'prn' format
was mentioned since it accomodates certain
requirments.)

Now they want the information into ACCESS.

is it be possible to send  the file in an Access
Database format instead? and how?
