S36 proc doubt!

I could hardly understand  what is written in the
above examples.
what this code implies?
S,R,5000,109,,T,,,,3000
S,R,8000,256,,T,,,,,5000 

I have never written S36 proc's and lack extertize on
S36.
Please advise what is written .
