Those are the parameters for the BLDFILE command, and the commas indicate parms 
that were not used (i.e. defaults were used). You need a guide or manual 
showing the parameters or maybe you can press help or type HELP BLDFILE in an 
S/36 environment - last time I used one was 1987....

I have never written S36 proc's and lack extertize on
S36.
Please advise what is written .
