Intermec 2415 scanners running TE2000 (terminal emulator 3270, 5250, VTxxx,
etc.) supports the full 5250 keyboard, but you have to buy a replacement
keypad overlay to know where they all are. :) 

Integrated scan-head, rf (any flavor, 2.4GHz, 802.11a/b, etc),  you can use
with an rf controller, or just go direct IP. (We use both types on the same
network here.)
