This is actually not quite appropriate, since you're not buying anything, including any sort of support contract. I think of it this way: it's 3AM, my system is down, and the piece that's broken is Open Source from SourceForge. Who exactly am I going to call? A company that puts mission critical systems on Open Source software gets exactly what they pay for. This is not to say all Open Source projects are that way. There are Open Source projects that are fully supported, such as IBM's JTOpen. But those are few and far between. Joe
