You can get all sorts of add-ons for any operating system. And once you go there, you might just as well roll your own, which on OS/400 is quite simple. No, I'm talking about base Windows, which for some inconceivable reason is missing some of the basic utilities of Unix - utilities that have been around for what? Thirty, forty YEARS? Sure, you can get shareware, but who ya gonna call when the shareware blows up? Then again, that begs the question: who do you call when Windows blows up? But I digress. ;) Joe
