About 15 years ago I was questioning my IBM SE about the levels of IBM
support:  Level 1, Level 2, etc...

I asked him "Is there such a thing as Level 3 support?"

His reponse:
"Let me put it this way - When you're talking to Level 2, you can hear the
ANGELS singing"
