I dunno. There are a lot of Unix admins out there who live and die by the telnet console. They too snub the often cumbersome and unreliable (proprietary) graphical admin clients for the respective (proprietary) Unix OS's. I think the demise of the platform would be due more to the application presentation side. Of course there are a lot of folks out there who don't know the difference. -Jim
