Our development group tries to keep ASP usage at 90-95%.  If it gets down to
the high 80's they panic and start requesting huge restores or making copies
of the largest production tables.

I try to keep storage below 75%.  We have some weekend jobs that can
temporarily chew up gigs and gigs of disk in work files or reorgs.  On the
development ASP we don't react until the storage threshold message kicks in
at 90%.  On the production/system ASP we catch it above 80%.
