1)  Some may put a copy of IBM objects in a library above QSYS in 
QSYSLIBL.  This way any user modified commands may be called instead 
(except for those times that IBM hardcodes libraries).

2)  V5R3?  Spending a little time in Rochester perhaps?

Raging debate:

What belongs in qsyslibl?  I believe just IBM system stuff.

What belongs in qusrlibl?  I believe utilities, global app stuff, etc.

What belongs in jobd libl?  Jobd specific.

What belongs in app specific libl?  App specific.

This came up when trying to decide where to place the qmqm library 
Websphere MQ
for iSeries V5R3).
