Computer Telephone Integration - 400

We are currently looking to upgrade our telephone systems and their integration to the 400.

We are trying to review products such as callpath 400 (now renamed to genesis I think) and cothern systems and anything else that will bring the 400 and our phone systems together in harmony.

I would appreciate information from anyone's experiences in this area and also any info on the merits of using "voice over IP" systems as opposed to independent telephone - computer connections.
