<snip> I'm just taken aback by the "rip you off" attitude of that hotel. Al </snip> On that point, we completely agree. The value received for the money paid was very low. $33.50 for a bowl of pasta and a beer. ( the beer was $5 not real bad for a specialty tap beer) Neither Larry nor I could believe the bill when we saw it. My internet access never did work in spite of calls to the front desk. No real loss because I had my laptop with me at the conference and the wireless worked great!, and I drank all the orange juice and water provided. Despite the cost of the hotel, COMMON was excellent this time, one of the best we have had. Now on to San Antonio, where the facility will be better, multiple hotels in easy walking distance from the conference and the Riverwalk, and where we finally get to use see how Linux will blow Redmond out of the datacenter. Remember, Penguins eat butterflys...............(OK its fish, but the image to great to pass up) Jim Oberholtzer
