We go there to learn, not to extend our office to a remote location. Set up specific times with customers (internal and/or external) that you will return calls. Breaks are provided on a regular basis and cell reception at the top of the stairs works well. Oh by the way, the elevator is around the corner from the stairway and down the hall just a bit.
