Internet service was available in my room early in the
conference, but by Wednesday it was out.  I opened a trouble
ticket with the Gaylord helpdesk on Wednesday morning and
they just shrugged their shoulders and said that they knew
about the problem, but they had no estimated time to
correction.  When I checked out on Friday, it was still
down.
