Good News Everybody!

The new search engine is LIVE!

Please report any problems to david (at) midrange.com.

And what really grinds me is that none of these charges and taxes appear
when you use the online search services. Perhaps that is why they do
this. Rent a car scams are the same way. Hey this company is cheaper
only to find out there's an airport fee or some such thing.

When you called you were TOLD the system was new and had problems. It
was only working in a very spotty manner through out the hotel. Then
they had the audacity to bill for it under the resort fee. When
challenged - what a tale you heard. It was better then the 7 day valet
parking fees at $15/day and who had a car? Then there is the you
requested
delivery of the Orlando SUN fees ( in fine type at the bottom of the
bill) for 7 days. PLUS a $5 per package to receive and hand to me over
the
counter[ no delivery]. These sort of actions vs services are NOT good
moves for the hospitality industry, especially in a competitive city
like
Orlando! OFF my list for the future until they prove themselves worthy
