It's worth remembering that even if you use a SAVF (a good
idea), the only authorities that will travel with the object
are those authorities that are stored in the object
itself... *PUBLIC's authorities, The Owner, The Primary
Group, etc.   All private authority (Mary, Fred, Sue, etc.)
are stored in the user profile, and so are not restored with
the object.

Also, depending on who the object owner is, you may have
additional issues of ownership changes, adopted authority,
etc.
