Adam,

It does not take much to lockup a QDLS document. PC freeze, user does into a 
doc and shuts the pc off etc.

If, as suggested, you use WRKOBJLCK will probably find a disconnected job with 
the lock.

OBTW, the joblog gave you the internal document name, but if you didn't have 
one you could use DSPDLONAM command to get it.
