QUSRJOBI API - Getting CPF3C53 for job on JOBQ

      Hi 

      I am using the QUSRJOBI API format JOBI0400 in a RPG program. 
      This format is supposedly good for all job states. 

      Everything works fine for jobs that are active but when I encounter a job 
on a 
      JOBQ I am getting a return message of CPF3C53 

      I tried using format JOBI0300 but get the same results. 

      Here's the code:

      Is there something I'm missing here?
