If the URL links are not that trustworthy, why not use the CD instead. With the latest upgrade last year we got the manuals on CD. I think any would have got that. And I do not think the manuals are updated that often as the web URL's that points to them (or not). Why bother to use the Internet, anyway? My 2 Euro cents, worth nothing. And if you do not have the CD, order one; those CD's should not be that expensive.
