is that sc41-5508?

anyway, I am using the ops console setup - ez setup, and I think I got past
the modem install.

but now, I get an "ez0062 - windows socket init failed. you may not have
tcp/ip installed on configured properly on your pc." But that does not make
much sense because I am using a w2k pc that has connected to the internet.

How am I supposed to config tcp/ip on a w2k pc for ops console?

thanks,

-Steve

Follow the instructions for I-Series Access for Windows Operations Console
and
it tell you what to do step by step (page 50 of the latest book version ).
It
tells you to how to install the 'OP Console Connection Modem'. It isn't a
real
modem, just code provided with Client Access.
If you need the book, go to the client access link and down load it.
