You need "several" manuals but a fairly old manual called
"Converting System/36 environment applications to Native"
would be a giant help.... GG24-3304-01..

I have a very old manual published back in the early 90's
called Programming: 

"System/36 Commands to AS/400 Commands Cross Reference"
SX41-8209-00 which is what you are really looking for.

I have no idea if copies are available but a call to 
1-IBM-PUBS will answer that....

search using the term System/36 and it will give you the 
older manuals....
