I would doubt there is any such reference, because they are so very
different.
I wouldn't try to relate the 2 - I would just try to learn the CL - some
good
resources out there for that.   I think CL is much earlier to learn - makes
much
more sense than OCL.  There is just more to learn - greater capabilities.
