Ok under V5R2 in is call Access while older releases called it CA400.  If
you really look you will find the CA400 is a symbolic link to the Access
folder.  Only one copy with two ways of getting there.

Because, on my system, both have a READMESP.TXT that talks about Service 
Pack SI08894.
